What Is Darkness Of The Mind
Today I want to explain about darkness of the mind.
The cold, short winter days and the darkness of the outside world seem to correlate with a darkened mood in us, and this observation goes back at least as far as Hippocrates. Like the darkness on earth, the darkness of the spirit exists, which blocks, distracts and impedes the light of good thoughts and the happiness of our humanity, which we should strive for. It blocks human happiness and becomes more powerful.
By being honest with ourselves and accepting our shadows, it frees us from observing the unexplored realms of our mind and allows us to see ourselves not only as they are, but also as those who possess the thoughts, feelings and driving forces that come and go. The whole balanced self is not about indulgence with the dark parts of our nature, but about acceptance and direct experience with light, mindfulness and deep honesty. The dark shadow traits we possess accumulate in corners of our subconscious mind and never integrate into our conscious mind so that we do not in the first place consider our split state as our psychological defense mechanism.

Components of self-compassion include kindness to oneself and the common humanity of seeing our experiences as part of a larger human experience and not isolated, and being mindful and connecting with our thoughts and feelings.
Sometimes you have to rely on other brains to weed out and tickle deadlocked thoughts until you get to the truth. It is a problem that is inevitable, because negative thoughts are part of being human. A benevolent thought, a reflection on a decision I made in the past and which I regret in one form or another, makes sense, but it is full of panic and plays out in my head, waking me up at night and besieging me with fear during the day.

Mindfulness means spending short moments to observe and understand the sensations of the body. After 10 seconds regain control of the mind and calm down irrational negative thoughts.
